Not sure what happened this time. Somehow 4 nights with grooming came to $163, though the bill added up to $153. My Black Lab was clearly traumatized and had several bite marks on her snout from her nose to just below her eye. Very out of character for the Den, but definitely a red flag. Her previous visit was excellent.
Talk about customer service!!!! The type of place you used to hear about. Just good, honest, and genuine people that know how to treat animals. Glad I was referred to them. Definitely worth earning my hard earned money.
I take my dog on the road with me for work for 9+ months out of the year. I've had to kennel him countless times while I work and I can honestly say that Our Friend's Den is the single BEST place I have ever brought him to! The couple that own it and the girl that works there are incredible. My dog is my world and I have never felt so comfortable leaving him anywhere. My Sunni boo boo has the best time at "the den". Most days when I pick her up after a day of playing, she is so exhausted that she can barely stay awake to eat her dinner!! I must say I enjoy getting updates and pictures throughout the day while she is there. I boarded her for the first time during the Labor Day weekend and I was actually afraid that she would not want to go home!!! If you are ever needing a day care, boarding, or groom for your baby..... This is certainly the place to go!!!
Our lab has used the grooming facility multiple times and we are very pleased with the results. Additionally we used the day care service this past Friday and it took our lab a full day to recover from having such a good time. She slept all day Saturday from all the playing. Great addition for pet owners in RH and we will continue to use the facility.

My dog had a blast. Took her to Our Friends Den to stay the day and be groomed. They have a huge indoor space for the larger dogs to play and run in. She played all morning and came home with a fresh haircut and bath. Love this place!
This place is great. They really care for your dog as if it was there own. My dog at the end of the day is so tired that they are asleep in the car on the way home.
What a great place for your dog to stay for a day or stay for a week! I like the fact that our dogs are not caged all day with 2 or 3 potty breaks. They get to play with other dogs(size appropriate) and have a great time! The groomers are great too!
