Will never shop here or take items here again! What a rip off this place is!! You make over 100.00 of off my things plus the few items you say went to miscellaneous that I don't get paid for. All my profits went to monthly fee! Guess I should have looked for the "fine" print before I left things here! Lesson learned I'll use my things I got back for rags before I let you make more money off of me and so far I have helped you lose three customers! More to come
It's a great store and the employees are wonderful!
Items are always in good condition, clean, neatly displayed. I heard a few grumble about you all being picky and not taking their stuff for consignment, I always iinterrupt and say "yes they are picky, that's why the items you buy are in such good shape. Ever bought something at Goodwill get home and then notice a giant stain, or hole in the item...well that doesn't happen at their store. So yeah they are picky and that is exactly why I like to shop there" Unlike other used item stores I have never seen make-up on the clothe... read more
Each month I consigned there items of mine were stolen! I was told "this happens in hard times. "No apology . Thought it was odd so many items were stolen from one person. I will not ever consign there again. Very disappointed! I lost my items , they lost nothing !
