Pricey overall but wonderful haircut experience with Isabel. Interesting conversations, amazing hair massage and my curly hair looks really healthy and frames me well. It did turn out slightly shorter than expected - would ensure you've shown the staff pics of what your hair type typically looks like so they can better gauge length. The salon has a really cozy and intriguing setup with tons of plants and wall art! I will definitely be back in the future!

I received a cut from Isabel. My usual stylist wasn’t available. I asked for a bob, but I got a razor cut and botched layers. I’m sure she is amazing when dealing with textured hair, but I have bone straight hair. I even mentioned that I don’t think I need it razored but she insisted. I wanted a BOB. My hair was a little past my shoulders. This isn’t a bob. Paid $206 for this.

Isabel is an amazing woman! she really brought my waves/curls back to life. i can finally say i found a hair salon i will always go back to. i’m not from the area but i will make sure to fly back for her each time! not only is she talented and very informative, she has lived many adventures and hearing her travel stories and background was awesome. the salon is so cozy with all the plants and skylights i love it so much. good energy. one of a kind!! thanks Isabel :)

I went to Isabel years ago when she was a stylist at Madusalon. After I received my first cut from her I was stopped and complimented on my hair on the street repeatedly. I have since returned to San Francisco and was so pleased to discover she is still in the area. I just received another cut from her and my hair looks amazing. Getting a cut from Isabel is such a confidence boost. I recommend you try this salon, especially if you have curly hair.
