I owe Our City Realty big time! I found a too-good-to-be-true apartment listing on Zillow and reached out to them directly to set up a viewing. Marc went above and beyond to show me the place as soon as possible and was super communicative through the whole process. The photos Nate has in one of his listing are bogus! They are from a different building. Even the photo of the outside front does not show the real building.

Working with brokers in Boston/Cambridge is usually a nightmare, but Derek is gold. Refreshingly honest and willing to go to bat for his clients. Extremely responsive. Have worked with him twice (both as a tenant whose apt he was showing to people and as a client) and will happily do so in future.
