OUC's "customer service" failed today. Three calls, two disconnects, one wanted the same info the robot had already verified. There is no corporate number listed to complain to.
Ouc sucks they are the worst power company I’ve ever dealt with. That’s what happens when the government owns the power company far better off dealing with a Private or public company they are the unreliable ones
The customer service is non existent. Try calling them, useless. Try figuring out exactly what you're paying for, you can't. I just stopped using them and I'm getting bills with no information on why I still owe them.
