I never thought there could be a utility company worse than Duke. My lord has OUC proven me wrong. I wish I could say I was exaggerating, but we lose power anywhere from 4-10 times a week. Been that way for years. OUC charges top dollar for service that's worse than many 3rd world countries. I'm honestly at a loss at how this company is even still allowed to operate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
The OUC power pass is crabby we have bills to pay . They cut my power off for $10 . $10 I can’t even get on a utility assistance this very stressful . After paying $60 after $60 now they cut my power for $10 I am sick of them. People have car notes , insurance , has to put in. This very stressful with one bar of gasss
The unreliable one. The one that goes out with every little storm and has never been able to fix the problem. The one that will charge you an arm and leg for unreliable service.
They suck, it’s fees on top of fees. The worst provider. If you’re paying with a credit card? Fee, if you breathe? It’s a fee. It’s better dealing with a private utility company because they SUCK and they’re super expensive.
