I really can't believe I'm doing this. I've used OUC for the entire time I've been a renter, with the only exception being when a place already covers utilities. I've never had an issue before this point. To make my point simple: if you know you have OUC crews coming by to repair something, and they need access onto your property for whatever reason, record everything. The worst customer service, online portal, ever. They wont even take my money I have my account set up to auto take but they can't even do that I have my card in file which I used to pay before and somereason they won't accept it. Im literally in the process of looking for a different provider. At this point. I called them they cant take the information I have down to charge me.
They are very expensive
Called February 2 to have the credit that was automatically put into my account sent to me because they refused to issue it electronically and don't have physical locations to pick up. They claimed they mailed it ( takes 6 weeks they say) and the post office sent it back March 15. I called again and they say they have it. When asked about the check information they claim they will send it and neglect to. So they mail it out again (stating an additional 6 weeks). March 27 and I have yet to receive it. I always had a good experience with OUC since I’ve only ever had to deal with the online portal. However, this time I was forced to give them a call to move my services from one address to the other. First of all, the call I’ve had was full of background noise and screaming noises. I could barely hear or understand what the representative was saying.
