Somebody tell me, what does it take for one of Joe DeLuca's patient schedulers to schedule an appointment for a patient? How many times does a patient have to call and let the stinking phone ring and ring before one of you can answer? Why my dad insists on seeing you guys, I don't know. As far as I can tell, you're as useless as hair on a frog's butt.

my wife has been trying to get new doctor for several months now. the lay in charge Sandra Tribbel has not returned ANY of our calls. SHE IS WORTHLESS! she does not care if you are out of medication that is needed.
