2 months ago. After going to this place for almost 7 yrs. I was shocked to see what a turn over they had in their staff. I saw more PA’s then I could count and the same with the front office staff and the back medical assistants if they were even that. Some of the back help they hired with no experience at all. That kind of made me uncomfortable but I was just there for them to write me my pain meds. I moved to Arkansas 7 years ago and thought I wouldn’t find a Pain Mgmt. Dr. as good as the one I had but I was lucky to find Dr. Slagle. I have found EVERYONE at this clinic nothing but professional, kind and caring. I find Dr. Slagle refreshing and no nonsense which is what I like. He has always listened carefully to me. He does my injections masterfully! I see Austin on my follow-ups and he is fantastic! Explains everything clearly and is very compassionate. Dr Slagle accidentally injected the nerve to my back which paralyzed me for 21 hours. I told him I had no one at home with me. That didn’t bother anyone in the office except his assistant who offered to take me home and stay with me. He was told by office manager (who is Dr Slagels wife) that that was not allowed, too big of a liability! I asked could I take the wheelchair with me overnight and the office manager said “NO! I have always been treated with respect. I like how dr Slagle does not put up with any crap.
Unfortunately, I found the negative reviews to be true about the staff. Incredibly rude
