It truly depends on who you see unfortunately.
My PCP and insurance have referred and authorized my daughter to be referred here to endocrinology... i have been dealing with the RUDE referrals department for weeks. Theyre very clueless and spend the first 20 minutes transferring me around with no help only for DEBRA to want to have a major attitude with both me and my doctors office when I ask questions bc the referrals department wont follow up with doctors offices unless you ask them why they arent doing their job and she just wants to laugh and say it takes insurance ... read more
If you’re pregnant don’t go here they ignore your concerns and laugh at them. They always take so long to see you spend 1-2 hour’s for a visit and I always see a different doctor when I specifically asked to keep the same doctor also they don’t do ultra sounds I’ve only had 2 and I’m 36 weeks pregnant already I will definitely not be returning to this clinic in the future!!
I used to recommend everyone to see my doctor and thought I finally found the best doctor! Everything has changed over the last year and most of my concerns are ignored. You are just another patient to get through here.
