My PCP and insurance have referred and authorized my daughter to be referred here to endocrinology... i have been dealing with the RUDE referrals department for weeks. Theyre very clueless and spend the first 20 minutes transferring me around with no help only for DEBRA to want to have a major attitude with both me and my doctors office when I ask questions bc the referrals department wont follow up with doctors offices unless you ask them why they arent doing their job and she just wants to laugh and say it takes insurance ... read more
