as I patient I never felt more disappointed for the lack of professionalism a receptionist could have, she is the reason my wife and I decided not to stay with the facility. she is an homofobic (declined to call my wife as my wife, after to told her she was not my partner but my wife), as well as racist (she denied to received a fax order from my doctor and accused me of "maybe not understood English " when I told her that I have confirmation of my clinic after they sent the fax... ivf is such a delicate and expensive proces... read more
Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout testing and treatments! Against all odds, we ended up conceiving our twins on our own, but Angie and her staff made the best out of such a difficult process. Thank you so much!
It is 1 of the places that have baddest financial side. The “manager” never wants to resolve customer’s issue but always threatening by by claiming “policy” and try to collect your money only, also being rude. Be aware of this place unless you want to mess up your money!
RecommendedI can’t say enough great things about this clinic. After going thru 2 rounds of IVF at another hospital we were not happy with, we went to see Dr. Craig at OU for a second opinion and I’m so glad we did! She treated us like individuals, with a specialized plan and gave us the best shot at having a baby. And 3 months ago we had our healthy baby boy. Plus have frozen embryos for siblings. Today marks the 10th anniversary of an incredible phone call I received from Dr. Craig. After nine years, three IUIs, two rounds of in vitro with 3 day transfers and an emergency surgery to fix an ovary torsion (which Dr. Craig performed and saved my ovary), we were finally pregnant! The staff and Angela King were wonderful! and not to mention an ON TIME appointment!
after three years of trying hubby & I did a lot of research and decided to try OU! Three months later & we are finally 10 weeks with our precious little one! Angie was awesome, and so supportive through everything. We drove 2.5 hours each way just to go here, highly recommend!
