Ever since my primary doc left the clinic several years ago, it really seems to have gone down hill. I request refills, they never send them off, I have to call 2 or 3 times to ask if and when they'll send it, the don't and the nurse calls me asking why I need said medication. I never see the same doctor twice and I feel unheard in my conversations. I've moved clinics and I hope for better and more consistent care from them.
