Very nice,helpful people working here. They also call it oncology. There is also a complimentary valet service here that will park your vehicle for you and retrieve it when you are ready to leave.
When I had a blood test at the Center, Katheryn (who was the person drawing the blood) was so nice, positive, caring, and friendly that her presence simply made my day! It is good to have people like her in a job where her patients are already going through so much. I will always remember her kindness and how much she cares!
Recently, I was there. The nurse the Dr. K. Thorp and nurse Kim were very professional and friendly. The examinations and everyting went real well. I couldn't ask more.
Office staff is rude, egotistical and incompetent. She called my 87 yr. Mother who is dieing of cancer and scheduled an appointment. I was part of the whole conversation. My mother asked where to go? Scheduler said, "same place you went last time!" talking to my mother like an idiot! So today I took her to the "same place she went last time" which was yesterday for blood work.
