This was our first visit to the ER since OU took over. Nurse Arlene started our visit out with a breath of fresh air and a gentle spirit. She is a fantastic caregiver, a great nurse! Dr. Kaufman was the icing on the cake. He has such a phenomenal overall bedside manner, a great way of explaining things and a very kind personality. Thanks OU Edmond!
I was there today for tests and I was so impressed with the team that took care of me. I had to take a stress test. Sarah was so helpful and kind. Such a joy to come across such a great person as I was getting my testing done. It was good to see the hospital again after all these years….the only thing I didn’t like was the new security gate now in place at the emergency entrance. Too much like prison security!
My wife went in for a Colonoscopy, all the nurses were very nice and courteous. Dr. Salem was very friendly and explained how the procedure went and his findings.
Experienced contrast extravasation with CT imaging that caused severe pain and swelling.
I had a procedure at the OU Medical Center Edmond on May 22 with Dr. Dan Nguyen. He & the entire staff in the Cath Lab were great. Dr. Nguyen did a great job on the injections & the rest of the staff of the Cath Lab were great also, they all had a great attitude & kept me calm before & after, & throughout the procedure. I give them all a AAA+++ rating for their service.
