Not a safe place – Do not put your loved one's here. I have just read the other reviews and things have not changed. Patients are violent and even beat up the staff members.

ONE STAR (because you can't rate Zero) – How tragic -- We had the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE with my father at this facility. He was walking, talking, feeding himself and we had all worked so hard for 90 days to assist with his recovery from a brain injury. They have undone all that progress in one week. He is malnourished -- lost 6 pounds in that week, sedated most of the time, and we can't get straight answers from anyone. My Dad walked into Autumn life using a walker, was feeding himself, talking and continent. He left there malnourished, over-medicated, terribly confused, not walking, incontinent and so weak that he could not use his tongue to talk. What is even more tragic is that he would tell us (before he became so weak) that "I need to leave here" when we were "ALLOWED IN" to see him ONLY 2 hours in the evening.
