The girls at the front were very accommodating and informative, I asked a million questions that were all professionally answered, they are also super sweet, Sally was absolutely amazing very gentle and by far best injector.
What is the point of the online appointment system if no one ever responds to it!?
Went in for a consult and agreed to a treatment, changed into garments, and then was told the price would be higher. That kind of last-minute pricing change is not okay. To make things worse, as I was leaving, I was told I had an unused session that could have been applied—but this wasn’t mentioned during pricing. The whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch and lacked transparency.
I have to say I’m really disappointed with this place. I have been getting Botox for a few years and never had it not work. I think they Delude their Botox, because it never fully froze my muscles and went away in a month! I got 40 units - that’s the most I’ve ever gotten before. Botox is not cheap and 40 units of it is expensive. I cannot believe that my forehead looks as if I didn’t even get Botox and I’m less than two months in.
