My 17 yo son came in one Sunday afternoon with what was the early stages of septic arthritis in his hand from a cat bite that hit several joints in his knuckle and finger. They FORGOT about him and didn’t even triage him as the whole room emptied. I asked a couple times nicely how much longer until he was seen, but the answer was the same canned response that people are treated based on severity. They got me in super fast, the nurses were all very attentive and friendly. They did thorough tests and figured out what was wrong. I was in and out within 4 hours.
I had the best experience at ORHC ER due to Dr. Bollard and Nurse Megan! I wish they could be my healthcare duo every time I went to get care!
