If you have a BMW or any Euro really this is the shop to take your car for regular maintenance service and repairs. I took my BMW there and they gave me the exact same service as if I would’ve got if I went to the dealer. They inspect your car at the same time as getting your maintenance done just how it’s done at the dealer with photos. They also helped me find some issues a regular shop wouldn’t be able to identify. Wonderful people and service! Will be bringing my BMW X5 here for all services. I just moved back to LA from out of state and I was concerned about finding someone that specialized in European cars. Otto's was the first business in my area that popped up. I took my car in for front tires. We discussed everything at length, as I have some knowledge about my car since my ex-husband was a BMW master tech. Sucks when you get divorced and lose your mechanic lol. Great service. I came in without an appointment and the lady at the front desk was very considerate in trying to fit me in for that day but they were very busy plus I arrived at 4 when they close at 5pm, she still tried squeezing me in. She followed by making me an appointment for the next day and the service was great. Very professional and honest. Did an evaluation and recommended me other things to look out for in the future, no pressure no fear tactics. . . Etc. Highly recommend you visit if you own a European car.
