Upon pickup, I was told I owed small (compared to the total) amount for another part. Given my background as a mechanic, I asked the manager, Vincent, to show me the old part and the issue he was describing. However, when the actual mechanic came out to explain the issue, his story completely contradicted Vincent’s.
