Leo and his staff at Ottohaus provide top notch service, every visit. This shop is professional, honest about the work and cost, and extremely knowledgeable. I have had my VW serviced here multiple times - Repairs have always been swift and the one and only time I encountered a problem (at No fault of the shop) Leo went out of his way to make it immediately right. I will continue to be a loyal customer!
Best mechanics ever! I've been going to Ottohaus since they first opened! They are the best German auto mechanics in the area and they are by far the most knowledgeable (trust me, I've been to every German auto mechanic in the tri-county area). Ottohaus has repaired my VW Jetta multiple times and have always provided me the most cost effective options and high quality customer service! Good German auto mechanics are hard to find and I am so happy to have uncovered this gem located here in West Ashley!
Leo and his team of Audi/VW experts are the best. I've been a longtime DIYer but recently got myself into quite a jam doing my own maintenance.
