RecommendedOttohaus in West Ashley is so much more convenient than going all the way to the dealership in Mount Pleasant to get my Volkswagen serviced. Everyone is always very friendly and professional. I always feel taken care of here.
They don’t answer their email. I tried to contact them a number of times, but, no reply to my questions . I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

These guys are the best . Honest , fast and their pricing is well below the BMW dealership . They don’t try and find things to charge for and they explain things in detail . Very professional and straightforward people. Highly recommend using them . 5 plus stars .

I took my car there after I destroyed it. Everyone there was extremely nice and very professional they made me feel safe and happy with my decision to come to them to do my engine swap! I was gonna supply my own engine and decided against it because it was safer to have them supply an engine for me. They got it down swiftly and very efficiently! A huge thank you to Leo and his team for the fine work on my Volvo, even though Volvo's aren't in their lane they were willing do the job. A simple timing belt job turned into a bit more and Virginia kept me in the loop every step of the way. Can't say enough about this place. Keep up the great work!
