Otto Tree service from Waterford Mi. bid a job for me on Aug. 8th for 3, 75+ yr old Very Large silver maple trees to be removed for me and my 2 neighbors whom are seniors and I am single. Otto came to my home the same day that I contacted the office. I received the quote on the same day that he came to my home. The communication was great including when he would arrive to quote, when to expect the quote, and when the crew would arrive. I received both texts and confirming calls from the office both the day before as well as the day of the appointment. On the day of the appointment the crew finished up a job earlier than planned. We were extremely satisfied with Otto Tree Service. We had a 90 ft huge cottonwood tree that needed to be removed (with a crane) and the staff were all on point all day! They were punctual, finished ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job cleaning the area. Never even knew there was a tree that big removed. Thank you again for making this big project a great experience!!
