I can’t say enough great words about Otto Service! Wonderful family owned business. They recently serviced my son’s Acura and luckily it was a small issue. I’m thankful I can trust them to be a part of keeping my son safe on the road!

I took my van in last week and got exceptional repairs for a wonderful price. Then when they finished it a bit sooner than expected but still too late for me to get it before I had to get the girls to dance class they stored it inside overnight for me and when I picked it up the next day it had been hand washed and looked great. I received a follow up email the next day to see if I was satisfied with the service and how my vehicle was running (YES, YES, YES I am!!!). Otto service is a great place.. the staff are friendly and they are very knowledgeable about my honda....
Otto is the only place we will take our Hondas. Great service and prices. My son takes his Honda there and I recommend it all the time.
When I had my car inspected, I forgot to bring my credit card with me. I only had $6.00 in cash, but the bill was $9.00. The cashier told me to forget the difference as it was so little. I offered to return with my credit card, but was again told not to worry. This was done in a kind and friendly way and I was not further embarrassed for my error. How many times can you find service like this in this day and age? Needless to say I will make up the difference at my next service.
They have managed to fix our problems on our old Civics.
These guys know their stuff. They always take good care of my vehicle and I trust their opinions 100%
