Horrible experience!!!,,,i was sent to Dr. Otto for an MMI evaluation and on the first visit she referred me to see a specialist and after over 9 tooth extractions, remaining pain and 6 years of suffering with a big bulky plate and the dentist said i would need a nutritional suppliment for life Dr. Otto still gave a horrible rating that appears to solely be based on her opinion.
