Excellent from beginning to end; making a timely appointment, friendly staff who did concise questioning up front in documenting my situation, both appointments with Dr. Schueckler provided me with I needed to know as to what the problem was and then after successful P.T. a good evaluation.
I was highly recommended to Dr Schueckler by my neighbor who had an extensive rotator cuff surgery from him. At our visit, he made me feel relaxed, listened to me and made me feel like I was his only patient for the day. I was not rushed at all which I am used to as I know doctors are ion a strict schedule. He was to the point and explained so I could understand!! You can tell he has a strong character and calm disposition. I was highly impressed by my appointment with him!!!I
I loved Dr Schuckler my problem was that my case is a workers comp case and the insurance company doesn’t want to pay for my surgery . So unfortunately I was told that Dr Schuckler dropped me as a client and have been unable to get my much needed surgery . I really want to know what is really going on and find an orthopedist in the area that can help me .
Ultimately, I felt like I could put my complete trust in Dr. Schueckler. I know so very little about the process that he needed to perform on my ankle which was broken and somewhat crushed, that being able to put my faith in him put me at ease. He gave me clear instructions on how to care for my ankle post surgery and everything worked out perfectly. I liked the staff and medical aides who were always friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him!
I was referred to Dr. Schueckler by Dr. Kasper who is in the same orthopedic group. My very first visit with Dr. Schueckler in the San Luis Obispo office went very well. I don't know why other people have complained about the office staff because they were pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. Abby, Dr. Schueckler's assistant was very friendlycompetent and kind. Dr. Schueckler is very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. He performed successful rotator cuff surgeries on both my left and right shoulders 18 months apart. He is personable and I recommend him highly. The front office can be a bit hectic and requires some patience as they represent several doctors.
Dr was great, staff is awful. No support, no returned phone calls, 25 minutes on hold to talk to reception who then transfers you to someone who won't answer the phone....never got what I needed to get my MRI, they then called and said they can't help....
Was referred to him. Could not make an appt. no explanation. No care 9 days now post trauma.
Dr schueckler is so kind, warm, smart and professional He really listened to me and treated me so well!!
