Just two words: water temperature. I've been living in these apartments for over a year, and while the amount we pay is awesome, you certainly get what you pay for. Every day since I've lived here (EVERY DAY) when I take a shower, no matter what time of day it is, the water randomly turns from normal to EXTREMELY BURNING OMG HOT in a matter of a second.
