Evening of 30 August 2021, my temporary crown broke in two. I left a message with Dr Ottesen office that night. Next morning, I was contacted with an offer of an 8:10am appointment. They even had my new crown ready one week early for installation. Now that's what I call Great Service!
I’ve seen a lot of dentists, and had a fair share of dental work. Dr. Ottesen did a crown for me and after a day I couldn’t even tell it was a crown (not my experience in the past!). She is nice, remembers everything about your family, and extremely capable. She also has the best team. I love her hygienists, front desk staff and her assistants.
If you don’t have Dr Otteson, then you are missing out! From the moment you walk through the door, it’s professional and total kindness. Some of my decisions in life have not always been my finest, but choosing this dental office was one of my better choices!!

Very detailed and took the time to really document my history and potential issues. The entire staff was very friendly. Most other dentists just want the cleaning and spend very little time with you. They took the time. Amy was outstanding and did a fantastic job.
As usual, everyone at Dr. Ottesen's office are total professionals while making you feel at ease and part of the family.
I recently had a crown put on a tooth and it was painless and I do every step of the way what was going on. His dental practice is extremely professional and up-to-date on the most water techniques. They are genuinely friendly and warm. You feel it the minute you walk in and meet Darlene and any of the front staff. Throughout my life, I have been to many dentists in this clinic, by far, is the best I’ve ever had.
