I drive a large cargo van for work. I Googled the closest truck wash and found this one nearby. I drove over, parked, and walked into the office to check in. As I got out of my van, an employee in one of the wash bays stared me down for a good few seconds. Once I got into the office, he came in and acted like I was putting him out just by being there. Hands down the most illogical and unprofessional truck wash I’ve ever been to. Brought my reefer in for a standard washout—the trailer was empty, just had a few pieces of wood on the floor. They actually refused to wash it and kicked me out because my last load was a dry load. Are you guys running a truck wash or acting as freight inspectors? Quick, reasonable and professional service.
Great service and staff. My only complaint is that with this washout location you basically have to turn to get to the wash bays without enough space to line up your (53' trailer). In my case had to adjust with trailer to get into wash bay. I'm not being negative, just stating the facts. BTW, the service I received isn't, so to anyone that wants to know, I received a "trailer wash out."
