We noticed one of our toilets was loose, so we called the guys at Otterwise to come check it out. They responded quickly and found that toilet was not properly installed and the incorrect gasket was used. They were kind, courteous, and were able to fix the problem the same day.

We had to have an unexpected job done quickly to accommodate a construction project. Carter responded quickly to my request via Thumbtack and was able to come exactly when we needed the service. I have never met a plumber who loves what he does as much as Carter - he and Thomas came up with a solution that ended up being so much better than our initial plan. We are very happy with the work and will definitely use Otterwise again. And I love that they donate part of earnings to a conservation fund!

We called Otterwise for a leaking basement sewer cleanout cap. They responded extremely quickly and fixed the issue on the spot. Their quick response and repair limited the damage to just a little baseboard swelling versus potentially flooding the basement and extensive damage. We were so impressed that we had them come back and install a beautiful new Moen kitchen faucet. We won't use anyone else for our plumbing needs.

Otterwise were awesome. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My problems were addressed and explained. I was given the choice of different avenues to repair my issues. It was fair/solid estimate. They do the job quickly like ninjas in the night. In and out. All clean and done It is the best customer service. I definitely recommend Otterwise.

Carter updated my water heater at our Ogden home with a new expansion tank, installed a whole home water filter, and water softener. My skin is now silky, smooth, and my water does not taste like dirt and chemicals.
