What a truly wonderful, honest experience at a pretty traumatic time. Carter arrived ON TIME the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, offered alternatives, and installed the solution forthwith. I appreciated his professional demeanor which was liberally dosed with himour. :-))) All software interfaces were the best I've dealt with. All in all, I would DEFINITELY call on Otterwise again! Do the same and you won't be disappointed!
Carter is so professional from his promptness to reply to you, his organized and detailed bids, and his work is amazing. I contacted two other plumbers besides Otterwise and one never responded and the other one did 2 weeks later. I recommend Otterwise to everyone who needs a plumber. Otterwise Plumbing is so great! They are extremely responsive, quick to schedule, and always do a good job. They are very respectful of your house and great to work with! I recently purchased a new home and they helped me fix two large plumbing issues and came back a few months later to help with the dishwasher.
Carter did a great job and is a solid dude. He listened to our concerns and worked within a budget. He was hired to replace an outside spigot and replace a broken pipe. He left it better than he found it. The old one was outdated and didn’t have an anti-siphon. Carter ensured it was up to code and sealed the space between the pipe and external wall (which was open before). When the part he quoted us for was out of stock, he was very reasonable and upgraded the part, no charge. Would definitely recommend.
