We needed our ancient water heater replaced and Otterwise gave us the best quality for the best price. Very friendly and quick service, they were able to get us a bid next-day and were able to fit us in for the replacement right away. The work was done well and the entire process was super easy for us.
Highly Recommend! Carter and his team were phenomenol. They were prompt in getting to me to give an estimate. I received estimates from other companies at about 150% of Otterwise's price. They gave me different options at different price points and didn't pressure me into one over another. Carter and his partner made this process feel so easy! We had to replace a leaking 40 gal tank from 2012 and Carter walked me through options, inspected the pressure gauge, and suggested a 50 gal tank as we may get a future tenant. Once we were ready to schedule, we got it finished within 48 business hours. Appreciate the thoroughness, the financing options, and the walk through for support. Thanks guys!
I’m so happy I found Otterwise Plumbing. Prompt response, excellent & super clean service! Carter and Thomas came to do a free estimate, just because I needed special material, Thomas had to come back next day to do and complete the job, otherwise I think they would have done it right then. I received texts to let me know they were on their way on both occasions, that was also appreciated. I have a coming project soon, definitely, will call them back 😊!
This company is small but great. My water main near the meter broke and the owner came out quickly and got me scheduled in right away. When he and his crew showed up they did an excellent job. I can’t recommend them enough. I will definitely use them in the future.
