One of our two units 1 and 2 years old died. It started to leak oil, and water and sand supposedly got in and wrecked a bearing. Suddenly "it must have struck something". 3 Year warranty. Should say "Extremely limited to indoor pool use". Guess I will look elsewhere for our other ponds!
Ive had the pleaseure of having a business relationship with Otterbine for over 10 years, and they are a great company to work with. Their tech support is top notch when i am on a worksite and stumped (it doesn't happen much anymore, but it does occasionally ) Most recently, their in factory technician, Mike helped me with a panel misunderstanding, which allowed me to get this beauty installed and running.
