Horrible management/customer relations. If you are going to be in a neighborhood for scheduled maintenance, you should inform them at least 24 hours prior. I understand no warning on emergencies but this is just laziness in the operations department. I work from home currently so this is also keeping me from doing my job and costing me money.
Absolute trash utility company! The new resident didn't switch over the utilities, so OTPCO actually charged me for 2 months AFTER my lease ended. Very pathetic way of doing business!
Transformer blew by our house and they have nobody working. No way to report because it's the weekend. Two different phone numbers that just hang up on you. Why do I even pay my bill if this is how customers are treated?
