Who are these reviews from? I only recognize one person that lives in this neighborhood. Buffington is a shady organization. We bought our home and was told they would make some repairs before closing. They never made them despite calling multiple times. Second issue is when the POA was going to transition from Buffington to the neighborhood, Buffington sued the neighborhood for past due taxes of common areas and old maintenance expenses that had occurred when they were running the POA!
