If I could this place zero stars, I would. Dr. Redfern, who runs his OWN his and speaks in the third person is the reason Chiropractors aren't real doctors. Rude. Dismissive. His office operates in the exact opposite manner that it should to accommodate all needs. I find this HIGHLY abelist and in fact, discriminatory. You're supposed to be doung rehabilitation for those with brain injuries, yet make it very difficult to access. No wonder Chiropractic is a pseudo science. Try not paralyze anyone. God Bless.
Worst so called health professional I have ever encountered. My 80 yo father had to leave his walker at the bottom of the 5 steps that led to the front door. He struggled along the wall to seat himself, which this uncaring so called professional watched him navigate. We were then instructed that questions were only over the phone. Dr. Redfern is a miracle worker! I've had a concussion for 4 months and he reduced my symptoms to zero in less than 2 weeks. Extremely lovely person, very professional, and super knowledgeable. Can't express highly enough that everyone suffering post-concussion symptoms needs to see him.
