Dr. Alfasi is an excellent neurosurgeon. I have severe degenerative disc disease, age 78, and his procedures have reduced my pain by 80% allowing excellent quality of life. He has done injections, nerve blocks and then ablation and all procedures were excellent. I find it best to combine his treatments with strengthening/stretching exercises from a Physiotherapist.
