Update January 2026 - For a little bit, it seemed that things had changed. Boy, was I wrong. My husband had a scheduled appointment for Jan 20 at 4 PM. They called us at approximately 2:15 saying Dr Alfasi was running behind and told us to show up at 4:30 PM instead, which was fine because hey, at least there was communication this time. I asked the receptionist several times if she was sure 4:30 would be enough extra time, I even offered to show up at 5 PM. I was assured by several staff that 4:30 was good. Very disappointed that my consultation resulted in treatment recommendations that were going to cost me thousands. I’m not sure Dextrose injections will help severe osteoarthritis. No OHIP or Insurance covered treatments were recommended.
Dr. Alfasi is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures patients feel confident in his care. Highly recommend!
