These guys have no emial, which is pretty bad already. Then when you call them, nobody picks up. There's no way to leave a message. When you go to the menu, and says "for any other message, press 0, and you press it - the call drops! What kind of system is this? Only in Canada I guess. Why should I expect anything less?
Dr. Achelle Cortel-LeBlanc has been my neurologist for about a year and half now. Wait times for this place are way too long and the waiting room is a small box. She may be a great Dr with all the credentials and certifications she speaks well and politely however being the patient with obvious concerns and issues due to medication for having epilepsy I find that she was quick to dismiss how I was feeling day to day and try to give you more meds for the same problem with just more side effects. Terrible place. They always move my opponents and most of the time they dont contact me to let me know they changed the date. Doctor Kristie spends no more than 5 minutes with patients and seems in a hurry. Probably because they overbook all the time. Be prepared for a 1-3h wait time.
