Had an in-person appointment with Dr. Christie scheduled a year in advance. Was called the day before that it would be virtual. I can live with that. I was given a request to be patient as the appointment might start a bit late. Again, I can live with that. What made me mad was waiting 2 1/2 hours with no updates. I ended up leaving the virtual appointment and no one has reached out since. This was almost a month ago. Very disappointed.
After reading all the negative reviews online, I was a little bit apprehensive for my appointment. Well let me tell you that I had nothing but a very good experience at that clinic. Yes the receptionist answer the phone (it's not a call centre, they do work in between check-in and calls, people need to understand that). Even better, you can actually write to them on the plateforme and they answer. I called and texted and got answered both time within 24h. Great experience with this clinic—calls are returned promptly and appointments are scheduled quickly. Dr. Cortell-Leblanc is an exceptional specialist who accurately diagnosed the condition and established an effective treatment plan.
Always a terrible time coming here. Have never once had an appointment on time and often wait several hours just for a 5 min appointment. Stop overbooking patients!
Dr. Cortel-Leblanc has been lovely. He found the root cause of my chronic migraines after doing an eye exam (Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension) and referred me promptly to save my vision. He has continued to see me as a patient and I'm very impressed.
