Dr. Miguel Cortel-Leblanc is amazing and so understanding. I have suffered with migraines for so long, though lately it has gotten worse and nothing seems to be helping, but he is compassionate and willing to help, rather than just brushing it off and giving me medication we both know won’t help. I am so grateful to finally be heard by someone who is willing to find a solution! The clinic was very clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming!
Always had a great experience, from the lovely receptionist Brenda, who is always kind and helpful, to Dr Ana Bradi who is a wonderful helpful doctor. I was seen at the time of my appointment and did not have to wait. a great clinic
I've had a great experience with this clinic. I was able to get in within a few days of my referral going through and I'm very excited to be seeing Dr. Miguel Cortel-Leblanc for my migraine disorder. He is very kind, thorough, and patient. Also incredibly knowledgeable about treatment options and very approachable. The clinic staff are also very friendly and work very hard to keep wait times down. I am excited to see the new website with so much important and useful information. Overall, I've had an amazing experience here.
I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Bradi and the Ottawa Headache Centre. As a long-time migraine sufferer who has tried various prescriptions, including preventative medication and holistic approaches, I finally have a treatment plan that has significantly reduced my chronic migraines. The reception staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, especially Brenda, who is a ray of sunshine! Please don’t let the other reviews discourage you. Your experience may be just as positive as mine.
The staff at the front desk are so kind and helpful. The doctor I see here is knowledgeable and thorough. He has helped me build a treatment plan tailored to my specific needs. I am very happy with this clinic, I wish people would stop complaining about it, they are doing their best to help us.
