They let me drive 30 minutes to their clinic in a snowstorm for my appointment just to let me know it was cancelled. They called me earlier but didn’t leave a voicemail. I tried calling back four or five times but they didn’t pick up. I had just had eye surgery and had to have a follow up. I had to have a follow up within a week of the surgery and the staff weren’t able to give me a solid appointment after cancelling mine.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I had an appointment with Dr. Tetiana at 4:30 PM and paid a deposit in advance. When I arrived, the clinic was closed. No one came out, and my calls and messages were completely ignored. I was simply scammed — they took my money and didn’t even bother to notify me that the appointment was canceled. This is total disrespect toward patients and a complete lack of professionalism. Absolutely not recommended. Save your time, money, and nerves.
Do not come here unless you are ready to wait at least 45 min past your appointment time if not longer. They are very busy and never on time. Morning or afternoon. Plan ahead or find another place.
Dr. Poleski was excellent ! He restored my eyesight to perfect ! Very professional; couldn't ask for a better doctor. No pain, two operations, and I'm done! Exactly what the doctor ordered !
I have been coming here for 5 years, I requested an appointment it was given to me for the 15th... I received a call today during my work shift so i assumed it was to confirm my appointment, so i called back after my shift was over, only to find out my appointment was cancelled because i didn't email back within 24 hours of receiving the appointment....
