I am very disappointed in their customer service, and empathy! I have been a client for many years, I have brought my foster child who had serious vision issues. I have paid thousands of dollars to them. Today I arrived after waiting for a month to be seen for pressure behind my eyes. When I arrived I noticed I forgot my wallet. I was upfront and said I would call in my credit card when I arrived home. A message was sent to Dr Chavez who said if I did not pay upfront or right after I would need to reschedule. After more than 20 years of good service I experienced the worst treatment. My request to get a quick assessment of my totally swollen eye and extreme itching and pain I was refused and given an appointment for 10 days later. I had pleaded with five calls over two days. Only three phone calls were returned , negatively. This whole process was very unprofessional and I am deeply disappointed by Dr. Poleski and Koala.

For a first time experience at an eye clinic I have to say it was phenomenal! Dr Lui was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. She quickly found the problem I was having and made me feel assured that all my concerns and problems would be addressed. The reception staff was also very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!!
