Tried to speak with the manager of the dialysis about an illegal sign in front of the clinic. The sign says the accessible spot is only for patients of the clinic, but this is not legal - anyone with an accessible pass can park there. She was evasive - told me it had nothing to do with her and to speak with the property manager. I asked for his name and number, she refused and then told me to contact the city, which I did.
