We have been patrons at OBI since it opened in 1972 and have continued to visit for the last 45 years. In the 70's and 80's, even into the 90's, the meals were simply outstanding. However, I have to be honest. My wife and I are of the opinion that the quality of entrees is far inferior to what it was "back in the day." We have lived in Ohio for over 33 years yet stillvisit at least 2 or 3 times per summer and, while hoping for what we used to enjoy, leave disappointed.

Great find for my husband and I when we were on our "mini moon" after we got married in Holland. The owners you can tell take a lot of pride in the business and their customers, the waitstaff was exceptional as well. We didn't anticipate on eating here multiple times during our short stay, but they made it hard not too. Looking forward to going back next summer :)

Polite, knowledgeable service with a smile! The food was tasty, the drinks were good and the atmosphere was comfortable! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for a fantastic first time at the OBI!

Taco salad was quite bland. Very little taco seasoning, no onions...just average. The New England Clam Chowder had too many potatos, celery and minimal clams. Our server (Calvin) did a very nice job. Very pleasant and proficient. I'm sure they have better menu choices, and sure they are very good. Could've just been a fluke.
