Ottawa Animal Hospital has taken tender loving care of our kitties for over 20 years - we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The compassion, empathy, knowledge, skills and passion that OAH is known for just exudes from each and every Staff Member, Veterinarian and Vet Tech. <3
Dr. Turner and the entire staff are very friendly and helpful! They answer all of our questions and take time to talk to us. The office is very clean! Very impressed with everything and everyone there! Would recommend it to anyone!

The BEST - Dr. Turner, & the Staff gave my 17+ year old Kitty, Tinkee so much care & compassion - I felt very Blessed to have found Dr. Turner, after moving here from Indiana, & leaving my Vet for the last 40+ years - Dr. B was a hard Vet to replace, Dr. Turner & staff gave Tinkee so much care - & gave me options to treat her Renal Disease, Hypo-Thyroid, as well as other Sr. Kitty ailments - Yesterday was Tinkee's last day on this Earth, Dr. Turner, Emily, & all the staff gave comfort as making that decision to release Tinke... read more
Dr. Swift has taken excellent care of my cat who has Feline Herpes, a chronic sinus infection, and breast cancer. Due to Dr. Swift, the cancer is gone, the herpes and the sinus infection are under control. She did LOTS of research and contacted experts in the areas. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Ahri is a happy kitty! Ottawa Animal Hospital cared for our Maddie for her entire 15 years. The care was outstanding. When she passed in May they could not have been more sensitive and caring as they guided us through her final hours. We felt truly understood and cared for in our grief. We were brought to tears several months later when we received notification that a donation had been made to the MSU Companion Animal Fund by Ottawa Animal Hospital in memory of Maddie. We are so lucky to have such a caring Animal Hospital in our community.
I was very impressed with the West Ottawa Animal Hospital! They helped me save my puppy. Without them, she wouldn't be here right now. What touched me most was they sent my pup Sassy, a get well card :) Great staff with great Doctors.
