Had to take my puppy in last nite found the staff very polite and helpful it was late and I'm sure it was a long day for them didn't feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend then to others it was 120th location.
Just wanted to say how impressed I am with Dr Heitman and the staff. Sadly we had to put our dog down on Tuesday and it was our first visit with this location. They were all very comforting. Also I received a call today that our pups ashes were in already, after originally being told a week. We are so happy that she will be "home" for Christmas. Thank you to the staff at the butternut location. ���
We love the staff here! They are all so nice! We came with our first cat when it was Ark and now we bring Scooter. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.❤️
They have a beautiful and clean building for one. The service was friendly and prompt. My impression is the staff knows exactly what they are doing and made me feel my hedgehog Pepper was comfortable as she was being tested. So glad there is someone who can treat exotics here too ❤

Just had my first visit to Ottawa Animal Hospital and Dr Swift. I have a sporting dog and have always wanted to find a sporting dog veterinarian, I just did. What an awesome place, everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We were treated like gold and so was my Springer Tebow. I live in Whitehall and it is a 50 min. drive to see Dr. Swift and the great staff at Ottawa Animal Hospital, I would drive twice as far to see them.
