My family and the Ott family knew each other we all went to church together so I am the surviving member of my family and when my father passed away in 2012... it was the at the Ott Haverstock funeral parlor that helped me so much through the situation that was so painful for me ....at one point they put my father in a separate room so I could go visit him in private..but... I said .".Dad can't be in there he loves to go down the street and eat pancakes in the restaurant down the street from you" 🤷 I still couldn't accept m... read more

Mr. Reynold’s and the team at Ott/Haverstock did an amazing job with my mother-in-laws service. They went over and above to make us all feel comfortable given the circumstances. They are professional and I would not recommend anyone else.

I have been working on finalizing my funeral arrangements and Pat Reynolds has been a complete, professional and caring man to work with. I don’t want to burden my children with the cost of a funeral. He has been so understanding on my needs and concerns. My family in the past has used Ott/Haverstock for their funeral needs and was completely satisfied with their services. I’m so glad I made that same decision!
