My dental visit at Otsego Dental is probably the best dentistry experience I have experienced to date. Not only was the staff very pleasant and friendly, but my dentist, Dr. Shiels was excellent! His work is fantastic. Thank you to Dr Schiels, his assistant Joni, and the very sweet ladies in the front office.
Being one of those "older folk" I was a little hesitant to go inside anywhere. But a dental issue came up that left me no choice. I should not have worried. They were on top of all the protocols and made me feel very comfortable while there. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My issue was dealt with and I was on my way. I won't hesitate again.
very thorough cleaning by the friendly hygienist, who also gave suggestions for better cleaning techniques. Dr. Shields pronounced that my teethe were OK. professional and helpful as always.

Unexpectedly broke a crown and they were able to get me in the next day! Love my dentist!
Went in for a broken wisdom tooth they got me in the right a way and got the tooth removed right away. They are very courteous. I recommend them to everyone. Just awesome!!! Thank you!!!
