I purchased 2 new Vizio TVs and Vizio Sound Bars and after 5 days of trying to get things connected with no success, I was referred to OTC by 5 Star Car Stereo and spoke with Steve who said a rep would be the next day. James from OTC stopped by "on time" and was not only freindly & professional he was able to fix my issues within minutes. Thank goodness for OTC and James. I strongly endorse OTC.
I purchased a 1998 automobile and instantly realized the need for me to have a back up camera. Stephen guided me through the process and led me to the right equipment to update my audio system and have the backup camera. James and Josh were great on guiding this senior through the process and understanding the equipment! Follow up Was professional and very detailed. If you’re looking to update your audio system or perimeter automobile items, this is definitely the place to go!

OTS installed my carry in front/rear door speakers, 2 subs/box, and 2 amps with interfaces. The install was super professional and the staff were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, reasonable, amazing, awesome and very recommendable. I would highly advise anyone needing anything sound related to give them your business. And they treated my brand new car like it was their mother's.
