purchased used vehicle with a very expensive warranty (over $4000). The same day of purchase contacted "Chaplin" back at dealership with questions about the warranty only to be told that "he had spent too much time With us already and was not going to answer any questions, as he had other customers and his kids to deal with". We later found out warranty had bad reviews, the car sold to us had issues that had not been disclosed, we were told 75% tires (actually 20%) and brakes 70% (actually 30%).We waited 2 weeks for reimburs... read more
RecommendedI picked up a 2010 Subaru Forster 2 weeks ago. Pete was very nice to deal with. He worked wit me to get the price to what worked for both of us. I've been driving it for 2 week and all is good.
Worse dealership I’ve ever done business with!! They sold me a Canadian vehicle that can’t be serviced in the US according to the Dodge dealership. Tried to call this dealership and they swear up and down they disclosed that to me. No where on any of my paper does it state my vehicle was a Canadian vehicle! They gave me a bogus report that says Quebec, Michigan!!! Their practices here are horrible and I will not go away quiet.

RecommendedWow! I was absolutely stunned at how easy of a process this was. My wife and I bought a Prius at a big dealer a few years ago, same year, similar miles and price but we were basically held hostage for over 5 hours. With Otowne we had two very short appointments and were on our way in no time! The staff was honest and friendly and offered competitive prices. Absolutely recommend!

RecommendedNot your typical used car lot. Quality of cars is excellent. They have a great reputation and plenty of sales so there really is not pressure from the salesmen. I dealt with Gordy Coloso, who is also a co-owner so he has the authority to "bottom line" prices. None of the "let me check with my supervisor" nonsense. I went with a 2014 Ford Escape. License plates, registration, all taken care of at the dealership. Highly recommend
