5 rescue dogs, needed help desparately, and the vet refused them service because she doesn't like ME. This is not ANIMAL LOVE.

Such a caring vet/office. The women at this office are great! We’re always greeted with enthusiasm, and they know exactly how to ease the reluctant dog or the worried owner. Bonus: The hours are accommodating with my work schedule.
We have been going to this vet for years. Our dog got sick with an eye condition and they prescribed an eye drop for her. After her being on this prescription for 7 plus months, we are told that it's the wrong prescription and our dog shouldn't be on it long term. We asked the vet why this happened, and she would not answer the question she just kept asking how our dogs eyes were doing. I was advised to give my dog drops in her eyes by this vet. Then find out 7 months later that they were giving her the wrong thing. It was a steroid. And this may cause alot of issues with my dog including losing eye sight and glaucoma. I called to ask about it. And I was talked to very rude by Dr. Roark and she kept avoiding my questions, I was asking. Eventually I had to tell her I couldn't speak with her.
