I do not recommend this ENT for anyone. He is rude and uncaring. Was not my first visit as I and members of my family have doctored with him for over 20 years. I have noticed a change in him over these years to the point I have questioned whether we should find a new ENT doctor. And have decided yes we should. I had fluid in my mastoid area. Dr. Stevens and his office staff are wonderful people. They are a very busy place becuase he is a good doctor. He does not try to push anything on you... but explains options and lets you decide whats best for you. He is kind and is professional. Kim that works in his office is amazing and really cares about patients. I recommend this doctor! I am not totally healed from surgury yet, but can tell a difference already after suffering for a long time.
The staff was wonderful. The gentleman who did my hearing test was professional and kind. The Doctor walked in and was immediately hostile with me. He dismissed anything and everything regarding my ear and symptoms. I left in tears. In all my 58 years I have never encountered such a hostile Professional. I would recommend seeking services for any kind of ENT issues, look out of the Columbus, In area.
Dr Stevens is the best doctor I have had in a long time. He explains things and takes time to help you understand.
