Extremely rude office staff
The staff was wonderful. The gentleman who did my hearing test was professional and kind. The Doctor walked in and was immediately hostile with me. He dismissed anything and everything regarding my ear and symptoms. I left in tears. In all my 58 years I have never encountered such a hostile Professional. I would NOT recommend seeking services for any kind of ENT TREATMENT with this doctor.
I do not recommend this ENT for anyone. He is rude and uncaring. Was not my first visit as I and members of my family have doctored with him for over 20 years. I have noticed a change in him over these years to the point I have questioned whether we should find a new ENT doctor. And have decided yes we should. I had fluid in my mastoid area. I was told by this dr to wait a month to see would the condition clear up on its own. He would not replace the tube that had come out of my ear. Said to come back in a month . I did a fo... read more
