The Dr. we say was very dismissive and uncaring. He brushed us off and even though I contacted this staff multiple times it took two months before getting a response about my sons' ultrasound.
If I can give 0 star, I will definitely do that. I am taking my daughter for a follow up ENT appointment in this location. We scheduled for 3:15pm, and its 4:19 at this moment we are still waiting to see the doctor. I would not recommend this place at all.
Impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office. Absolutely ridiculous answering service that makes you listen tov100 options and none of them actually lead to a real person.
If you are an initial patient they will take you right away but BEWARE any follow up appointments will take months. My son was approved for a minor surgery last week. I was told that the scheduler would call me to find a date for his surgery but I didn't hear from anyone for a few days. I called back today to find out what was going on. The nurse told me that it will take 4-6 WEEKS TO RECEIVE A RETURN PHONE CALL from the scheduler. That's not 4-6 week to schedule the surgery.
