Kevin Damien Pereira is literally the worst doctor, very uncaring, when you start asking questions and he doesn't have answers he doesn't even try to help he just sits there looking crazy advising you get a second opinion. Did not even try to help my son with his abscess issue instead basically pushed him off. When I showed frustration because my son has had an abscess for over a month and it has went back to the original start size, instead of admitting him to monitor the abscess to insure it will not continue to grow and i... read more
The waiting area is always crowded. I’m never seen on time. The wait is ridiculous to the point where I either leave and reschedule to experience the same thing the next time or I stay because I don’t want to reschedule and experience the same thing the next time. I spend more time in the waiting area than I do with the doctor. The only reason I continue to deal with this madness is because the Dr we see is really good.
no phones work no appointment is possible to make. It's they way of things since Covid I guess
My doctor is great, but the clinic is crowded and chaotic. They don’t answer the phone. I was just on hold for an hour.
My appointment was at 9:30am I was seen for my ear I was seen on time and I was out in 30min I definitely recommend them and the staff was amazing all of them I in counter
