Getting a second opinion for my daughter with Dr Meyers and I feel like he actually listened. His staff was kind and very informative. Would definitely recommend !
The only good thing I can say about the office is they got me to a room and with the doctor in 20 mins of my appointment time. Outside of that it was a terrible experience! The first lady who came into my room and had no clue why I was there even though my PCP had referred me there and their office called me to schedule the appointment. The doctor told me there was nothing he could do to fix the problem and offered to options to attempt a solution. My experience with Dr. Michael Myers and staff were extremely disappointing. After switching to this office upon my family doctor's referral, it was absurd the amount of incompetence and arrogance his staff displayed. Dr. Myers was not the issue, as I didn't get to see him much. After my first visit I was to receive a call to get a scan completed. No call after two weeks, called doctor's office and left message, no return call. Called the following week, left message, no return call. When asked to speak with the office manag... read more
Dr Myers is amazing. He has been my ENT for a few years now. He listens and is very knowledgeable. They are quick to respond to voicemails as well. I highly recommend.
