We had Dr. Knoll repair ours sons ear drums with skin grafts after his tubes were removed and left holes created ear ache after ear ache. All appointments went well and the surgery was scheduled. Surgery supposedly went well but our son still cannot go under water without water stuck in his ears. He still gets ear infection when water gets trapped. This man is horrible. I explained what I had going on and he dismissed me. Told me the doctors at med check didn’t know what they were talking about. He even went as far as tell me that isn’t a thing when I told him what helped get the fullness feeling out of my ear. Told me I had TMJ. I was on a plan when it happen after leaving 18,000 ft and going to sea level it clearly was not TMJ. My complaints are not with Dr. Knoll. He has done awesome jobs on both of my surgeries. My complaints are with his nurse specifically. I had surgery yesterday and have been in some pretty significant pain since. I have taken the medication I was given like I was told to do and I have only been able to sleep for 5-10 minutes at a time due to the massive headache and earache.
