My complaints are not with Dr. Knoll. He has done awesome jobs on both of my surgeries. My complaints are with his nurse specifically. I had surgery yesterday and have been in some pretty significant pain since. I have taken the medication I was given like I was told to do and I have only been able to sleep for 5-10 minutes at a time due to the massive headache and earache. His bedside manner is absolutely terrible! I waited for over a month for an appointment only to be disappointed with this doctor.
His bedside manner is absolutely terrible! I waited for over a month for an appointment only to be disappointed with this doctor.
Did not even talk to my 17 year old daughter. Told me our family Dr. did not know anything and she was not having ear infections but it was her teeth. Just went to orthodontist and he said her teeth were fine no signs of TMJ her wisdom teeth are coming in but did not need to come out unless we want them too. Dr. Knoll said all of this before even doing an examination on her. Bed side manner zero!
