I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally. Lots of problems with this office including Dr. Hansen who very unprofessional. Manager was no help either. I went here years ago and it was fine. Only in the last several months have I experienced laziness and incompetency. They will take your money though.
The check in process was awful. We sat in the lobby for almost an hour after scheduled appointment time. The kiosk left our data visible to other patients because it was not functioning well. The entire appointment felt like an inconvenience. We got a glance at audiometry results from the folder. No history. No conversation. Our PA, Sarah was fine. No idea who anyone else is, as she was the only person to introduce herself.
Dr Fama is fantastic
Dr. Fama has been fantastic! He did a total thryrodectomy a week ago tomorrow. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and listened to all my concerns. He made sure I was comfortable after the surgery and did not make me feel like a burden. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing a terrific surgeon!
