I’ve booked 3 appointments with this office. All 3 of which have been cancelled on their end with only a few days notice. On the second such instance, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and threatened dismissal from the practice because I requested to see a different doctor since I couldn’t make the available times of the initial doctor I had seen in the practice unless I waited two more months. Dr Gutt is amazing!!
Dr. Fama was incredibly dismissive to my issues and told me it was just something I would have to live with. It felt like I was an inconvenience to him and the 5 minutes he spent with me were pretty miserable. The biggest issue for me was his eagerness to speak poorly about other providers within the network. His tone and manner were quite aggressive and just all around poor bedside manner. Total waste of my time but they have no issue billing you!

He performed my daughter’s thyroid surgery and took the time to carefully explain every aspect of the procedure, including the risks and what to expect throughout the process.
