if you're looking for a dog friendly apartment that's safe, clean, this is the place for you. they're constantly updating things, which is cool. the property manager is great - he's approachable and takes care of the things in a timely manner. people who live here are nice, and i like having a pool to use in the warmer months.
Otis Terrace apartments is a great place to live in the beautiful island city, Alameda. This apartment is in a great location (just opposite to the South shore mall that has many stores, and it takes few min to walk to safeway, Traders joe, Kohls etc and shoreline beach is close for a nice walk). One best part I liked is the month-to-month lease which offers flexibility that many people may prefer. We lived here in 1985, back when the rent was $800/mo. I love what you’ve done to the place! The Mgmt. was awesome, location superb!
