I came here to complain about the fact that Otis’ technicians never communicate with our staff unless we contact them, sit in the parking lot for hours at a time when they come out on a service call, and were out to our facility 4/5 days last week, saying they fixed our elevator despite their fixes not lasting more than 20 minutes each day, resulting in people being trapped in the elevator and needing to call 911 for assistance. But then I saw this image on their website, and it all made sense.
Terrible drivers and from what I read, a terrible company! Avoid LMP 385 on the road if you can. He almost drove me and my 11 month old off the road.
